This will be kinda me complaining, just bare with me
I have seen so many people complaining about the low population on this server, but when voting and looking on list I see AegisWoW going DOWN the lists. I know this server don't have alot of active players/members and that it's a problem for gameplay. But just complaining about it wont help, voting will... If you want population here then make sure you vote and I mean really vote, going through gateways... I really would like to see more people here, but I can't get Aegis up on lists alone.
My second complain would be that I have asked so many of my friends to come here and play, that it's a great server, working things, active GMs etc. Thing is though... one of them died in Wintergrasp 3 says ago, then when going to ressurect he died again while in ghost. He made ticket about it... But no GM have helped him for 3 DAYS.. it's just a simple .revive needed. So please just help him already...
As i hear GM's dont use tickets system .. and he was told to make a post on foum or contact any GM. Next time if you guys happen to not find any gm on post on forum.
It have been 3 days.. He has been online, asking in worldchat for GM... but if anything I hope this post I made can get him back to life... (Player is Arturus btw, if any GM read this and feel that they wanna help)
Ticket system should work. And GMs are active, but you know, shit happens, and guys sometimes are absent for few days, making these gaps and inconvienient situations. However if you really need some urgent assistance, without which you can't proceed playing, posting on forums is the fastest way to get attention, NeKa is always there for you.

The ticket system technically works very well but it lacks practicality. As the guys said above, posting in forums or sending a PM to any staff member will solve your problems much quicker.
As for the low pop, if the thing we are testing passes everything we throw at it will greatly increase the pop. Some people i know pretty well have seen it and they really like it.

thicket system works, but we dont use them regulary
cause we are doing other stuffs in the testrealm
or playing with our own chars
we are not 100% online time in the server
just waiting for something to fall on us
thats why i always ask you to post on the forum
or send a PM to Fallen, or Vexr
i'm in the forum almost all the time when i'm on the pc so
its very much pratical

Have searching alot fro good servers and iw found one, nice pll the staff i think is doing a great job but i havent have any problems so far and iam lvl73.

well we will eventually know what it is sooner or later
as i remember u said "today or tomorrow", well "today" was yesterday and already passed by so i guess u will reveal "tomorrow", which is today
since the population is dead, i think bots didnīt make much of a difference..
perhaps drastic measures are required.I know staff doesnīt usually agress with funservers but we got to do something about this
my opinion is converting aegis in a funserver for a while(like lv80 instant and some item vendors(rares) so ppl can raid for better ones and start pvp), and then when population is stable with about 50 ppl or so the server could get back to normal(blizzlike)
iīm saying this cuz as i saw on many servers ppl donīt bother much about bugs if the server has big population and tons of pvp
I am very busy these weeks with RL stuff and still have some. While this goes on I'm thinking about changes that would help us. I have some for now but they still need polishing. Also exams are coming in a few weeks, again that will keep me busy for weeks. I'm still here though
